You have Forgotten Your Password?

No problem! You can get a new password following these two steps:

1. Just fill out the user name below and click on the Submit button.
2. After you have received the confirmation code by email, fill out this form with the confirmation code and your user name again.

Afterwards you will receive a second email with a new password, which you can change in the Your Astos area.

If you have forgotten your user name or you have any other problems, please write an email with your name and company to service@astos.de.
